When very close cut tolerances are required there has previously been no other option than to perform a secondary off-line cut. The accuracy of the All-Electric Servo Driven Saw is so precise the need for any secondary cut operation is eliminated. This greatly reduces the scrap level produced and by eliminating the need for secondary handling, greatly improves production efficiency.

Boston Matthews All Electric Servo Saws are constructed from a solid, heavy-weight frame to ensure movement and vibration free sawing.

The Servo Saws are designed with a small footprint (including operational footprint) for easy of integration into any extrusion facility.

Touch-Screen Control for real number input and length setting provides simple and easy operation.

All Cutters are CE Marked with fully enclosed interlocked safety guarding fitted as standard.

All cutters are easily integrated with any existing extrusion line. A signal from the Caterpillar Haul-Off is required.
