We are experienced with the specialist materials that need to be associated with machinery manufacture of these polymers and understand their processing requirements.

A range of precision servo cutters is available to meet with the exact specification of the tube required.
These include precision servo cutters for high speed, close tolerance cutting of medical tubing or moving head planetary cutters for the accuracy on-line cutting of PS Pipettes.
A range of coilers and Winders to ensure a neat, close coil is formed.
These can utilise Coil Formers, Reels or Cardboard Reels.
High Speed Automatic Change-Over Winding is also available.
