Boston Matthews has extensive experience of multi-layer extrusion ensuring the layers are produced with correct thickness and ovality.

Jockey Extruders are easy to positon for exact alignment and small flow adapters further enhances tube quality.

The extrusion of Fluorocarbons is a specialist area and Boston Matthews has manufactured extruders and extrusion equipment into this field for many years. We are experienced with the specialist materials that need to be associated with machinery manufacture of these polymers and understand their processing requirements.

The Boston Matthews SMART Extrusion Control System allows production data and quality to be recorded and exported for complete traceability.

The ability to log production operating conditions and export to various platforms such as Ethernet, SCADA, Excel, etc gives you and your customers the information you need when you need it.

A range of precision servo cutters is available to meet with the exact specification of the tube required.

These include precision servo cutters for high speed, close tolerance cutting of medical tubing or moving head planetary cutters for the accuracy on-line cutting of PS Pipettes.

A range of coilers and Winders to ensure a neat, close coil is formed.

These can utilise Coil Formers, Reels or Cardboard Reels.

High Speed Automatic Change-Over Winding is also available.
