Extensive extrusion experience including screw and die head design combines with the latest Servo, PLC, &amp; AC technologies to ensure that precision, control and accuracy is achieved throughout the manufacturing process consistently producing high quality, even walled, square cut pipe.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>PEX Crosslinking<\/p>\r\n<p>The method of &#8220;Crosslinking&#8221; can vary (PEX A, PEX B, PEX C) but in every case the extruded pipe must adhere to the highest possible standards.<\/p>\r\n<p>Multi Layer Extrusion Technology<\/p>\r\n<p>Boston Matthews has extensive experience of multi-layer extrusion ensuring the layers are produced with correct thickness and ovality.
