Extrusion Technology on show at K’2025

Boston Matthews enjoyed a very successful K'2025 Show in Düsseldorf, Germany in October.

Located in the center of the main extrusion hall (16) the company proudly demonstrated the latest extrusion and recycling technology.

Taking centerstage was a complete Compact Medical Co-Extrusion (Jockey Extrusion) Line with SMART Touch-Screen Control, Melt-Pump (Gear Pump), Laser Diameter Measurement and Control, Servo Puller/Cutter and discharge product sorting.

The new Servo Semi-Automatic Winder also featured as well as the World famous C110 Caterpillar Haul-Off and die head tooling technology including multi-layer tooling.

On the Munchy side of things, a complete fully running Munchy 40 Air with in-feed rollers and edge trim basket was shown and attracted wide interest from visitors from all over the World.
